Onsite Field Management Opportunities

- Project managers, site managers, and account managers supervise a single facility's daily operations, including staffing and supervision, employee relations, budgeting, payroll, training, purchasing, and client relations. Managers draw on experience in physical plant maintenance, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, landscaping, and janitorial functions, and often grow into other management opportunities.
- Operations managers and area managers typically supervise multiple sites' and multiple clients' daily operations, similar to those managed by a site manager.
- Regional operations managers manage broad regions and multiple states, with full P&L, budget development, strategic planning, sales and marketing responsibilities. They draw on significant leadership experience encompassing a broad range of service offerings.
